Patient to caregiver ratio will be one caregiver to one patient 1:6

Building 2 has the main office

Building 4 is dining/ Kitchen. Sprinkler Valve in basement

FD sprinkler connection will be in front of building #4 adjacent to circle drive.

Serenity Acres Rd has 3 buildings 12800, 12803, 12806.

They will house most disabled residents. These buildings will not be sprinkled

Patient to caregiver ratio in these buildings is 1:1. 3 caregivers and 3 residents max
